SENATE BILL NO. 102 "An Act relating to funding for Internet                                                                    
services for school districts; and relating to the Alaska higher                                                                
education investment fund" was read the third time.                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be held                                                             
in third reading to the April 15 calendar. Without objection, it was so
